چکیده
In the context of canonical quantum gravity, we consider effects a nonstandard expression for gravitational wave function on evolution inflationary perturbations. Such an and its may be generated by sudden variation in (nearly constant) inflaton potential. The resulting primordial spectra, up to leading order, are affected short long wavelength regime, where oscillatory behavior with non-negligible amplitude is superimposed standard semiclassical result. Moreover, novel, nonperturbative, approach used study evolution. Finally, simplified application fully illustrated commented.

Quantum-like gravity waves and vortices in a classical fluid
We have recently proposed a new general concept of macroscopic quantum-type experiment. It amounts to transform a classical fluid into a quantum-type fluid by the application of a quantum-like potential, either directly in a stationary configuration, or through a retro-active loop to simulate the time evolution. In this framework, the amplitude of the quantum potential depends on a macroscopic ...
متن کاملReflected and transmitted waves from fault zones
Waves reflected from and transmitted across fault zones can be used to extract information on those zones. Fault zones, characterized as either a low-velocity zone or fracture systems, modify the phase of the waveform and make the seismic response frequency dependent. In this paper we develop an extrapolation scheme for simulating fractures described as linear slip boundaries. Two 9 × 9 linear ...
متن کاملGravity Waves and String Inflation
We present a simple mechanism for obtaining large-field inflation, and hence a gravitational wave signature, from string theory compactified on twisted tori. For Nil manifolds, we obtain a leading inflationary potential proportional to φ in terms of the canonically normalized field φ, yielding predictions for the tilt of the power spectrum and the tensor-to-scalar ratio, ns ≈ 0.98 and r ≈ 0.04 ...
متن کاملEmergence of exponentially small reflected waves
We study the time-dependent scattering of a quantum mechanical wave packet at a barrier for energies larger than the barrier height, in the semi-classical regime. More precisely, we are interested in the leading order of the exponentially small scattered part of the wave packet in the semiclassical parameter when the energy density of the incident wave is sharply peaked around some value. We pr...
متن کاملQuantum Measurement and Quantum Gravity
At present, there are two possible, and equally plausible, explanations for the physics of quantum measurement. The first explanation, known as the many-worlds interpretation, does not require any modification of quantum mechanics, and asserts that at the time of measurement the Universe splits into many branches, one branch for every possible alternative. The various branches do not interfere ...
